Our Policy

Thank you for choosing Aarogyadwar. Please note that all purchases for our services are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, memberships, or classes once the purchase is made.

Memberships & Subscriptions

All sales are final. Drop-In, Monthly, and Annual Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class & Appointment Cancellations

  • By Client: While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel or reschedule a class or session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a session, will result in the forfeiture of that session's credit. No monetary refund will be provided.
  • By Aarogyadwar: In the rare event that we must cancel a class or session, you will receive a full credit to your account for a future class. We do not provide monetary refunds.

Workshops & Special Events

All payments for workshops and special events are non-refundable.
