Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Aarogyadwar. We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. This policy is in place to ensure we can continue to offer high-quality service to all our dedicated members.

Please note that we offer services and do not sell physical products; therefore, a shipping policy is not applicable.

1. Class & Appointment Cancellations

This section applies to all scheduled sessions, including Yoga Classes, Acupressure Therapy, and Healing Sessions.

  • Client Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a class or appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your session credit will be returned to your account for future use.
  • Late Cancellation: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of that session's credit. No monetary refund will be provided.
  • No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without any notification will result in the forfeiture of the session credit.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via phone or email.

2. Memberships (Monthly & Annual)

All membership sales are final. Memberships (including Monthly and Annual plans) are non-refundable and non-transferable. While the membership itself cannot be cancelled for a refund, you can manage individual class bookings as per the "Class & Appointment Cancellations" policy above.

3. Workshops & Special Events

Due to the special arrangements involved, all payments for workshops and special events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations for these events will result in the forfeiture of the full event fee.

4. Cancellation by Aarogyadwar

In the rare event that we must cancel a class, workshop, or appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive a full credit to your Aarogyadwar account for the cancelled session, which you can use for a future booking. We do not provide monetary refunds.
